ABOUT OUR SPA
Water Lounge Spa is established in 2011. We provide private hypnotherapy (hot tub rooms with steam showers) in the San Mateo location, and private Karena-style Sunan rooms in the Millbrae location. We provide all kinds of professional massage and facials…experience one of our services, the treatments will reduce your stress, decrease anxiety, soothe sore muscles, enhance sleep quality, improve circulation and flexibility, relieve tension, and more….
Reservation & Cancellation
Your treatments are reserved specifically with you in mind, therefore, 24-hour advance notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged.
Package cancel or refund, we will charge used services regular price.
Arrival
You are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time, late arrivals will limit the time of your service. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guests' scheduled appointment, and the full value of your treatment will apply.
Do You Have Special Health Considerations?
Please notify our reservation department if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, or special needs that would affect your choice of services. Upon arrival at the spa, this information will be completed on your personal care guide.
Spa Amenities
Our spa amenities include our hot tub and use of steam shower and can be included in your services.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificated are ideal year-round resents and are available upon request.
What Should You Wear?
A robe and slippers and towel will be provided for you upon arrival at the spa. But for health purposes, please bring your own. Disrobe to the level of your comfort, undergarments are not necessary. You may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner, assuring your privacy at all times.
Cellular Phones
In consideration of other guests, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone and/or pager before entering the spa.
How Are Your Payments and Gratuities Handled
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Venmo. Gratuity is accepted at the front desk and is recommended at 15% above.
Valuables
The spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings; we recommend that you do not bring valuables to the spa Parties and special events Come to us for your parties, so you ad your friends and family can celebrate by having facials and massage together
ADA Person Visiting
Please book an appointment with the front desk first and mention you need an ADA room, In both locations, we do provide ADA rooms to
service you.
